As I reach my 60s, I am still fascinated by the wonders of the moving body and after four decades of personal practice, I am truly grateful for the gift of yoga. I look forward to sharing it with you!

Hot Pod Yoga with Kelly Brown
As our name suggests, classes take place in a warm environment – approximately 37°C. It’s not just about the atmosphere of delicious calm: heat helps the body melt into the practice, warming the muscles and aiding flexibility while the heart works harder. All this and a purifying sweat help ensure maximum benefit from your effort.
Our classes are rooted in Vinyasa Flow – a style of yoga that synchronises movement and breath, to work the body and calm the mind. Each class type will follow a familiar structure and flow, but we encourage every teacher to bring every bit of their own personality and style.

Drum Circle - with Mel Rossiter
A 45 minute intro to percussion and what it means to participate in a group drum circle.
No experience necessary - if you can clap, you can drum!
Spaces Limited to 10 people as only enough instruments for 10.
However if you have your own percussion instrument drop by anyway and we can accomodate!

Healing Meditations - with Buddhist Monk Kelsang Gyalpo
Meditation is the best medicine for the mind. The problems of everyday life often bring inner pain and restlessness. Experience the healing power of meditation to overcome these painful states of mind and enjoy a happy life.
Through healing our self of mental and physical problems, we will then be able to help heal others, using the same methods. During this talk we shall be looking at simple yet profound meditations that will help transform our minds.
This talk will include 2 meditations and a short talk

With costume, music, pictures and movement.
This workshop evokes your feeling of interconnection to the movement of life.
This workshop gives you space to playfully explore at your own pace as Jenny guides you through very simple and accessible movement tasks. Through sensory opportunities for creative expression you will be able to explore the link between movements inside your body and the environment around you. 'Movement of Life' helps you feel the ground under you and the family of life around you. This embodied feeling of support can resource your ability to both rest and express yourself during times of challenge and opportunity.

Sound Bath - with Primal Fitness & Wellbeing Norwich
This truly magical and immersive sound healing experience is one which will change your complete mood, dive you into deep relaxation which will resonate through your entire day.
Using sound through a variety of instruments, changing your brain waves from Theta (busy state) to Beta (calm state), let the sound wash over your entire body.
This personalised practice combines sound with gentle Hatha yoga movements, nourishing the entire spine, creating openness through hips and melting tension from each muscle.
These sessions can also be in your own home, at the beach, wherever you would like to practice to make the most of each session.
